My Ranking: ★★★★ (4 stars)
I absolutely loved book 2 in this series! It was fast-paced and kept me hooked from start to finish. Watching the relationship between Kameron and Vivienne blossom, evolve, and mature was such a rewarding experience—it felt like I was right there with them on their journey.
As with book 1, there’s a standout supporting character, and this time it’s Phrodo the Dodo! I couldn’t help but picture the chicken from Moana wreaking havoc, and Phrodo’s antics—especially with a certain very special item—had me laughing out loud.
Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed this installment and thought it was a fantastic addition to the series. I can’t wait to see what happens next!
